During each ceremony, GradImages will be taking photos of graduates as they cross the stage.
Proofs will be available to view and order online 2-3 weeks after convocation. Grads will be contacted by email with viewing and ordering instructions.

GradImages will be set up at the designated tent in the Central Courtyard on graduation day. The sittings themselves are a free service to all UBC Graduates and their families.
Photo proofs will be emailed/mailed to you within 2-3 weeks following graduation.
Choose to have your portrait taken either before or after graduation. Individual and family photographs are welcome.

UBC has collaborated with StageClip to provide a personalized video clip capturing the memorable moment of each graduate crossing the stage.
In the days following your graduation ceremony, a link to your personalized video clip will be sent via email (please check both personal and institution email addresses).
