Rent your regalia
The deadline for online rentals is TBD. Rent your hood and gown online in advance of your ceremonies through the UBC Bookstore.

Why RSVP? RSVP to help the ceremony run smoothly. By confirming your attendance, we can plan processions and stage seating in advance.
Check in and get your regalia
The platform party will gather in the lower level of the Hangar.
Faculty check-in
Where: Meet in Hangar Studio 2, lower floor.
When: Arrive 45 minutes before the ceremony.
Regalia: If you have rented regalia online, please pick it up from ADM before meeting up with the faculty procession.
Cutoff time: Gather in the lower in the Lower Level Foyer of the gym no later than 20 minutes before the ceremony.
Procession order
Processions enter the gym in order of student procession, faculty procession, then Chancellor’s procession. Processions then leave in reverse order.
After the ceremony
All faculty and students are invited to join post-ceremony celebrations in the central courtyard, hosted by alumni UBC and others.
