Locate the building you’re looking for.
Student check-in
Arrive 90 minutes early
Students arrive at the Administrative building to get their regalia and find their cohort.
Guest seating
Guests arrive at the gymnasium to watch the ceremony. Seating opens up to 60 minutes before the ceremony.
After the ceremony
Students and guests are invited to the central courtyard for an outdoor Alumni Welcome Reception. This reception will be hosted by alumni UBC following every ceremony.

Find parking
Guest parking is complimentary during convocation and is available in any lot on campus. Please arrive early and follow directions from posted signage and traffic attendants.
Accessible parking
Accessible parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are not reservable in advance.
For drop-off locations for guests with limited mobility, consult an on-site parking marshal. Throughout ceremony dates, marshals can be found at campus intersections and parking lot entrances.
